STANDARDS
House Rules
The standard is care and consistency. These aren't exceptions — they're how the space stays good for everyone.

Arrive ready. Your booking window includes setup and teardown. Running late cuts into your session, not the next person's.

Leave it as you found it. Reset backdrops, coil cables, return gear to its place. The next booking starts the moment yours ends.

No food or drink near equipment. Water is fine in sealed containers. Keep everything away from lights, cables, and backdrops.

Crew size stays in scope. Let us know if you're bringing more than 4 people. We'll make sure the space is set up right.

You're responsible for your gear and guests. BLEND isn't liable for damage caused during your session. Treat it accordingly.

Respect the building. This is a shared commercial space. Keep common areas clean, noise at a reasonable level, and exits clear.

The usual
ones.
Same space, same equipment, same access. Happy Hour is just our off-peak rate — weekdays before 11am or after 6pm. If your schedule has flexibility, it's the same experience for less.
Yes. BLEND provides the space, lighting, audio, and support equipment — but camera bodies and lenses are on you. This keeps rates fair and lets you use the tools you already know.
We recommend at least 48 hours for weekday sessions, 4–5 days for weekends. Same-day requests can sometimes be accommodated — just reach out directly and we'll see what's possible.
Absolutely — the client lounge is set up for exactly that. Just note the crew size in your booking if you're bringing more than 4 people total so we can plan the setup appropriately.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your session. Within 24 hours, we charge one hour at your booked rate. Things happen — we just need enough notice to open the slot for someone else.
Yes. We have on-site parking for up to 4 vehicles included with your booking. Street parking on adjacent blocks is also free after 6pm on weekdays and all day on weekends.
